Special Event: Costumed Living History Tours - Saturday, November 6

General Daniel Bissell House, 10225 Bellefontaine Rd, St Louis MO  63137

"Harvest Hats and Happenings" tours run Noon-4pm.  $5 per person, Free for children under 10.  Friends of Mrs. Bissell have come to spend the afternoon refurbishing their hats and bonnets for the harvest season and create new headpieces for the upcoming Harvest Ball.  Join in their discussions of dance etiquette and the ever-changing fashions of the 1820's.  The gentlemen will be busy discussing politics and military changes taking place, each with his own opinion.  For reservations call (314) 544-6224 or email mkollbaum @ stlouisco.com.

Special Event: Living History Hayrides -

Saturday, November 13 & Sunday, November 14

Fort Bellefontaine, 13002 Bellefontaine Rd, STL  63138

Saturday at 10am, 12:30pm, and 2:30pm; Sunday at 12:30pm and 2:30pm.  $7 per person, Free for children under 10.  Enjoy a ride through the park on a haywagon with stops at several different stations manned by re-enactors who explain their uniforms, equipment, and weapons.  For reservations call (314) 544-6224 or email mkollbaum @ stlouisco.com.
