Gift Shop at Jefferson Barracks Park
The Friends of Jefferson Barracks Gift Shop is currently open by appointment only. Feel free to contact us at 1-314-615-8800 or by email at jwchap866@yahoo.com. The gift shop offers many unique gifts such as books, clothing, ball caps and various "JB" themed souvenirs. We have one-of-a-kind challenge coins that may only be found here in our gift shop. Covid has made an impact on our scheduled hours but we would like to serve you and hope to return to our previously scheduled hours of Wednesday through Sunday, Noon- 4pm.
Books, Apparel, and various Gift items are available
The Friends of Jefferson Barracks Gift Shop has a selection of books about the history of Jefferson Barracks, the Civil War, and other topics related to the historic site. Among these books are histories written by Marc Kollbaum. Kollbaum studied Jefferson Barracks and its history throughout his tenure as the Historic Site Curator from the 1980s until the 2010s when he retired. He continues to assist Jefferson Barracks as an emeritus advisor. You will also find many unique "Jefferson Barracks" named items that are specific to our gift shop. Included in the "Jefferson Barracks" named items are t-shirts, hoodies and polo shirts for both men and women and they all come in many sizes. We have two t-shirts that reproductions of the actual "PT" (physical training) t-shirts worn by troops stationed here during World War II. The original WWII era t-shirts are in the Park Department's Core Collection at Jefferson Barracks.

The Friends of Jeffeson Barracks Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the Visitors Center and is open Wednesday through Sunday, 12 - 4 pm from February to the end of December. The Gift Shop is closed in January.

Jefferson Barracks History Poster
Now available a poster suitable for framing that highlights the history of Jefferson Barracks. This poster was published in the St. Louis Post Dispatch in 2006 commemerating the 180th anniversary of the Military Post. Poster is available for $10 in the gift shop it can also be purchased through our online store at this link.
New Apparel Items
We have updated our apparel items that we have for sale. They include new T Shirts and hooded sweatshirts. One of the T shirts is a replica of what inductees wore when being processed through the reception center. They may be purchased at the gift shop or through our online store using this link.
